Do it NonStop !

Feel the energy of a gym before you even step inside. For this film made for social media and cinema, NonStop Gym wanted to share a different vision of fitness. Performance matters, but so does enjoying movement, whatever your level. Making fitness more approachable and taking a step back from the perfect bodies of social media.

We created a lively, inclusive film with a touch of humour, speaking both to regular gym-goers and to those still hesitating to walk through the door.

The bespoke soundtrack draws on the gym itself: clashing weights, turning pulleys and repeated movements. These sounds become the film’s instruments. They echo one another, build up and carry the images into an almost frenetic rhythm, driven by the hook “Do it, do it NonStop”.
